Beastlab AI LLC (“Beastlab AI,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal data of everyone who uses our website, APIs, Beast Models, tools, documentation, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal data when you interact with our Services.
This Privacy Policy should be read together with our Terms and Conditions, which govern your access to and use of the Services.
By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Services.

- “Customer Content” means Input (prompts, data, files, or other content you submit to the Services) and Output (content generated by the Services in response to Input), as further defined in our Terms and Conditions.
- “Usage Data” means aggregated, de-identified technical and operational data about the use of the Services (e.g., system logs, performance metrics, and metadata), excluding Customer Content.
2. Personal Data We Collect
We collect Personal Data in the following ways:
2.1 Information You Provide to Us
- Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, password or authentication credentials, and any other information you provide during registration.
- Billing and Payment Information: If you purchase paid Services, we collect billing details such as your billing address, payment method, and transaction history. Payment processing is handled by our third-party payment processor(s); we do not store full credit card numbers on our systems.
- Customer Content: We receive the Input you or your End Users submit to the Services and the Output generated in response. Customer Content may contain Personal Data if you choose to include it.
- Communications: If you contact us via email, support tickets, or other channels, we collect your name, contact information, and the contents of your communications.
- Other Information: We may collect information you provide when participating in surveys, events, or promotional activities.
2.2 Information We Collect Automatically
- Log Data: Your browser or device automatically sends information when you use our Services, including your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, date and time of access, and request details.
- Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with the Services, including features used, API calls made, token usage, response times, error rates, and similar operational metrics.
- Device Information: We may collect the name, type, and operating system of the device you use to access the Services.
- Location Information: We may infer your general geographic location from your IP address for security, compliance, and service optimization purposes. We do not collect precise GPS-based location data.

3. How We Use Personal Data

- To maintain and improve the Services: Analyzing performance, debugging issues, optimizing infrastructure, and developing new features. This does not include training AI models on Customer Content (see Section 4).

- To ensure safety and security: Detecting and preventing fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and violations of our Terms and Conditions, including through automated monitoring.
- To comply with legal obligations: Responding to legal requests, enforcing our Terms, and fulfilling regulatory requirements.
- To send marketing communications: With your consent where required, we may send you information about new features, products, or promotions. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time.
We may also aggregate or de-identify Personal Data so that it can no longer be used to identify you, and use such information for analytics, reporting, and service improvement purposes.
4. No Training on Customer Content
Beastlab AI does not use Customer Content (including Input and Output) to train, fine-tune, or improve its AI models. This commitment applies to all tiers and plans of the Services, both free and paid. Customer Content is processed solely to provide the Services, ensure safety and security, and comply with applicable law, as described in this Privacy Policy and our Terms and Conditions.
5. Data Retention
5.1 Customer Content
We retain Customer Content (Input and Output) for a maximum of fifty-five (55) days from the date of submission or generation, solely for the purposes of:
- Providing, operating, and delivering the Services;
- Detecting and preventing abuse, fraud, and violations of our Terms;
- Ensuring the safety, security, and integrity of the Services;
- Debugging and resolving technical issues; and
- Complying with applicable legal obligations.
After the 55-day retention period, Customer Content is permanently deleted from our active systems. Residual copies in automated backup systems may persist for a limited additional period but remain subject to these obligations and are deleted in accordance with our standard backup rotation schedule.
5.2 Account and Personal Data
We retain your Account Information and other Personal Data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the Services. After account deletion or termination, we retain Personal Data only as necessary to:
- Comply with legal, tax, or regulatory obligations;
- Resolve disputes or enforce our agreements;
- Maintain records for financial reporting purposes.
We will delete or anonymize retained data when it is no longer needed for these purposes.
5.3 Usage Data
We may retain aggregated, de-identified Usage Data indefinitely for analytics, performance monitoring, and service improvement, as such data does not identify individual users.
6. How We Share Personal Data
We do not sell your Personal Data. We may share Personal Data in the following limited circumstances:
6.1 Service Providers and Vendors
We engage trusted third-party vendors and service providers to assist with operating the Services, including cloud hosting, payment processing, analytics, customer support, email delivery, and security services. These providers access Personal Data only as necessary to perform services on our behalf and are contractually obligated to protect it.
6.2 Legal Requirements
We may disclose Personal Data if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to: (a) comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request; (b) enforce our Terms and Conditions; (c) detect, prevent, or address fraud, security, or technical issues; or (d) protect the rights, property, or safety of Beastlab AI, our users, or the public.
6.3 Business Transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets, your Personal Data may be transferred as part of such transaction. We will notify you of any such transfer and any changes to applicable privacy terms.
6.4 Affiliates
We may share Personal Data with our corporate affiliates, who will use it in a manner consistent with this Privacy Policy.

However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your Personal Data.
12. Children’s Privacy
The Services are not directed to, and not intended for, children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under 18. The Services may contain links to third-party websites, applications, or services that are not operated or controlled by Beastlab AI. This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party services. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you access.
14. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Privacy Policy on our website with a new “Last Updated” date, and where required, by sending you an email notification at least thirty (30) days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the Services after the updated Privacy Policy becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Services.
